8 Ways to Improve Your Brain Power

Did you ever see someone without a hard effort can learn new concepts and materials, while others have to struggle? Napoleon Bonaparte can name thousands of soldiers loyal to him. The world chess champion can call back a game that has lasted many years ago. Sometimes I ask how these intellectuals do.

Some of them are born with exceptional IQ, while others do not. But fortunately, there are a number of techniques that can help you learn faster, learn better, and began to absorb information like a sponge.

Here are 8 tips as a place to start.

1. Teach someone else.

If there's something you want to learn, try to teach it to others as well.

Traditional learning process helps you to memorize an idea, but to teach something to someone else makes you really understand the concept and how to apply it. To teach someone, you should anticipate the possibility of questions and look at the topic from a different perspective. Teach someone else will dramatically improve your understanding.

2. Write an article.

Very easy to learn something from the book. However, a different story if you have to write an article related to a topic. If you want to become expert in a topic of your choice, write a book about it. This will allow you to explore other aspects that you are learning. By writing, you will connect with the ideas you already know and create a knowledge network.

3. Start a blog.

Starting a blog that tells you the experience will enhance your learning process. Writing a blog makes you think backward and forward backward and then forward that you should write in order to understand other people. If you want to improve your brain's ability to the next level, I highly recommend you to start your own blog.

Write a blog will become intellectually interesting and may be able to stimulate activity.

4. Keep your body well.

While you are trying to increase the speed of your study, you should make sure you feed your brain. The brain is part of the body that require a lot of fuel and oxygen if you expect it to function efficiently. In the learning process, you have to feed and care for your body to maximize the process. The purpose of these things, then you must:

* Eat every few hours to keep your blood sugar at a high level.
* Sport every day.
* Make relaxation a few minutes each day.
* Sleep at least seven hours each day.
* Drink plenty of water.
* Lunch bit. Excess lunch tends to make people sleepy, replace it with a little lunch and an interesting conversation.

5. Learning with all five senses.

While other people learn in different ways, we began the process of learning to see an image and translate it into an idea. From the picture book, we tried to learn by using sight.

When you need to understand one thing very quickly, the sense of sight will help you make a picture of a topic on your mind.

Draw also on a sheet of paper. You can describe anything, a table, graph, or just the flow of time.

Continue to add pictures in your mind while you continue to learn and create pictures in your mind as you think.

Better yet, if you do not limit yourself to the visual image. Learn the five senses.

For example, if you want to learn Buenos Aires, the best thing to do is to travel there, explore the city, take tango lessons, enjoy traditional foods, and talked with local residents. You have not learned anything until you practice it with your life. Get involved with the process of learning through touch, sight, hearing, and smell.

6. Increase your motivation.

Motivation is a tool to improve memory. Think of school students who stay up all night before the exam. They have a high motivation for learning a little earlier and now they have to suck up all the information in a single night. They can master the material because they want to. Actually, because they must. This motivation makes the learning process of working on high tngat. But unfortunately, stuffing bad information to call the memory in the long run.

If you no longer students who procrastinate but still want to motivate yourself, try to return. If you create a system of rewards that keep you're after, you will learn more quickly in anticipation of the reward.

For example, if you are studying or working to understand a subject of pages and pages, you may reward yourself to go to the store, playing video games, or maybe watching your TV show. Create the kind of motivation that works for you.

7. Learn while you sleep.

Would not it be wonderful to spend time sleeping, studying the lesson material with menakan only the play button on the CD player? Of course. Unfortunately, a study in a university says it can not be done if you are sound asleep.

However, the evidence shows that you can learn during light sleep, a condition before you fall asleep soundly.

But keep in mind that the material you listen to no more than facts, dates, vocabulary, and other lightweight materials. You can not learn the material weight in light sleep stages.

Recently, researchers in Germany found that the use of electrical stimulation at some stage in sleep can increase a person's ability to remember facts.

8. Increasing brain creativity

Many things we can do to sharpen our brains creativity. One of the most easy and simple is to play games that are useful to sharpen the brain and the ability to think. One of the best games I like is Scrabble, but useful increase English language skills, of course, makes the brain to think as well of course fun. Also scattered on the internet a lot of software - software that can be used to stimulate the ability of our brains.
